Azeri Star Microfinance operating areas are 11 districts of Central and 3 districts of Western area of Azerbaijan. They are: Barda, Yevlakh, Tar-Tar, Agdam, Goranboy, Mingachevir, Ganja, Agjabedi, Khanlar, Samukh, Dashkasan, Agdash, Goychay and Ucar.

Barda, Yevlakh, Tar-Tar, Agdam, Mingachevir and Agjabedi are served from the main office in Barda, which includes also a service point in Mingachevir.

Goranboy, Ganja, Khanlar, Samukh and Dashkasan districts are served from the Branch office in Ganja, which was established in August 2004.

Agdash, Goychay and Ucar districts are served from the Branch office in Goychay, which was established in April 2009.
